Welcome to JobFix, a platform operated by Neezerchain Technology Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JobFix platform located at https://getjobfix.com, as well as any related services, content, and communications provided by us.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. About JobFix

JobFix provides AI-assisted and expert-reviewed eligibility assessments to help individuals determine their suitability for UK visa-sponsored job opportunities. We do not guarantee job placement, sponsorship, or immigration approval. We provide assessments, strategic guidance, and follow-up services.

2. Eligibility

To use JobFix, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Use the platform for lawful purposes only

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of JobFix complies with any local laws or regulations in your country.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to provide your name, email address, visa type, and sector of interest. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your data and ensuring its accuracy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to anyone who provides false or misleading information.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

JobFix uses artificial intelligence (via OpenAI's GPT-4o and related models) to generate initial assessments based on your submitted information. These assessments are:

  • Informational only and do not constitute legal, immigration, or recruitment advice
  • Reviewed by human experts before any paid service is delivered
  • Not guaranteed to be free from inaccuracies or interpretation limitations

Users should independently verify recommendations or consult immigration/legal professionals where appropriate.

5. Services and Fees

JobFix offers:

  • A free AI-powered eligibility assessment
  • A paid professional assessment at £350 (subject to change)

By submitting payment, you agree:

  • To receive a detailed, human-reviewed eligibility report and personalised strategy
  • That all purchases are non-refundable once service delivery begins (exceptions may apply in cases of service failure or error)

6. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, Revolut). JobFix does not store or access your full payment information. You must comply with the terms of those payment providers.

7. Use of Platform

You agree not to:

  • Use JobFix for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purposes
  • Upload or submit content that violates copyright, data protection, or employment laws
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or replicate the platform or its outputs

We reserve the right to suspend access or remove any content at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform—including assessments, logic, branding, and design—is the intellectual property of Neezerchain Technology Ltd. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute any portion of JobFix without written consent.

9. User Data and Privacy

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including:

  • CVs and supporting documents
  • Visa-related information
  • Contact details

We are GDPR-compliant and store all data securely. You can request access or deletion of your personal data at any time.

10. Third-Party Services

JobFix integrates with third-party services such as:

  • OpenAI (for AI generation)
  • Stripe/Revolut (for payment processing)
  • Calendly/WhatsApp (for consultations and support)

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

JobFix and Neezerchain Technology Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of employment, visa rejection, or immigration delays
  • Inaccuracies in AI-generated output
  • Service interruptions beyond our control

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobFix and Neezerchain from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform or breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of JobFix after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
